The WineBuddy Bottle Cabernet Sauvignon from Youngs is a kit where you can make your own deep merlot. Soft fruit that ranges from red cherries to purple plums and gentle tannins, you can make an impressive 6 bottles of wine in just 7 days!

Grape juice concentrate pack from which the wine will be made
Yeast Nutrient to start the fermentation process
French Oak Chips to add a barrel-aged quality to your wine
Stabiliser to stop the fermentation process
Packs to enhance the varietal characteristics of the wine
Packs of Finings to clear the wine

The following items are needed but are not included:
A steriliser to clean and sterilise all equipment
2 x 25L Fermentation Vessels one to brew in, and another to syphon fermented wine into
4 kg of white sugar to assist the fermentation process (Brewing Sugar recommended)
Spoon to stir your brew
Hydrometer to check the fermentation process. (Very Important)
Airlock (with grommet / bung) to allow the release of gas produced during fermentation
1 x 25L Fermentation Vessel Lid to cover fermentation container and prevent contamination
Syphon Tube and Vessel Clip to transfer the wine to the second container
30 x Wine Bottles & closures to store the wine in once it is made
