Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Cutlery and knives that have been removed from their protective packaging
- Opened brewing & distillation equipment kits
- Personalized or monogrammed dinnerware
- Opened food preparation items (kitchen utensils with food residue)

- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
- For exchanges, your new item will ship within 2 business days of receiving your return
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like a cracked dinnerware piece or malfunctioning brewing equipment), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
